Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using Rich Aura Test (richaura.store), operated by Carvis Company, and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its users.
Article 2 — Effectuation and Amendment
These Terms take effect upon being posted on the service or otherwise notified to users. The Company may amend these Terms for reasonable cause; amended Terms take effect 7 days after notice.
Article 3 — Service Content
The Company provides: AI-based physiognomy and aura analysis / Physiognomy-related blog content / Lifestyle product recommendations (Coupang Partners affiliate). AI analysis results are provided for entertainment only and do not constitute scientific diagnosis.
Article 4 — Privacy Protection
Images uploaded by users are processed locally within the browser only and are never stored on any server. Service usage statistics are collected via Google Analytics 4. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Article 5 — User Obligations
Users must not: defame or harm others / infringe intellectual property rights / distribute service information without authorization / engage in any illegal or improper conduct.
Article 6 — Service Restrictions
The Company may restrict service access if users violate these Terms or interfere with normal service operations.
Article 7 — Disclaimers
The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of AI analysis results. The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to natural disasters, maintenance, or communications failures. The Company is not responsible for decisions made based on service results.
Article 8 — Copyright
Copyright in service content belongs to the Company. Users may share content for personal purposes; commercial use is prohibited.
Article 9 — Advertising and Affiliate Marketing
This service operates advertising through Google AdSense and affiliate marketing through Coupang Partners. Commissions may be paid to the Company for purchases made through affiliate links.
Article 10 — Governing Law
These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes arising from service use are subject to the jurisdiction of Korean courts.
